Relaxation and Recovery

When you workout hard, you get results. You also experience soreness, which can slow down workouts and impact performance. Our magnesium TRUE PERFORMANCE Relief react instantly with water to create hydrogen gas, rapidly absorbing into the skin.

For sore muscles drop 5-10 tablets in a full tub of water, bathe for 15 minutes to desired amount of time. Add more tablets as necessary. 

Rescue

For intense aches, pains, and sprains add 1 tablet to every 1-3 liters of water and submerge the affected area.

For a muscle-relaxing hydrogen bath, drop 5-7 TRUE PERFORMANCE Relief tablets in a full-sized tub and soak. Use on acute issues too! Drop one tablet per liter in a bathtub and soak the applied area for 15 minutes. 

60 or 180 tablets per container.

    Great healthy and cleaning option for a bath!

    The Epsom salts are amazing for my skin. I have an exfoliator and these Epsom bath salt, and they work really well to cleanse and make my skin strong and clean. The salt easily dissolves into the bath water, and works from within the water. Make sure to keep your body well sealed though because the salt can get into holes and feel off... Over all, though, the salts feel really nice to use and I am happy to have gotten and will continue using this product!

    There's a ton of tablets in here!

    These are great for those days when you need a good long soak, when your body is feeling sore, and when you're just plain worn out. They work great, just as good as bath salts, and there's enough for more than a month or two of baths, which is great because you won't have to use them all the time. I really appreciate the little container too, it keeps them out of the splash zone.

    Not a miracle cure but still good

    I find these have the same therapeutic effect as epsom salts but easier to store. I find these tabs give off a metallic smell. The misty smoke they give off is pretty cool.

    I didn't experience any skin irritation with this product.

    H2 Bath Soak

    This H2 Bath soak smells good and does make me feel better about our governement. Well there is only so much a soak can do….
