The taste is good. The instructions need improvement and correction. Dropping the tablet into cold water makes dissolving challenging and time consuming. I recommend room temperature. Your measurements are wrong. A cup is 237 mL, but you suggest 350 to 500. Thatβs half a litre. Unless you are parched thatβs a huge amount of fluid in one go, particularly as you say to drink it fast to avoid the hydrogen wafting into the wind (overly poetic?). Sometimes a tiny bit of gray matter remains on top, presumably the magnesium, and contact with amalgam fillings results in a slight (not unpleasant but unexpected) tingle in the contact area. I have not yet noticed any improvement in joint pains.
